Who we’re looking for

• Passion for technology and problem solving.
• Technical mindset approach to overcoming complex IT issues.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as experience with hardware and software on IT administration level.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud and Microsoft Entra (AD) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with users of all levels.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Readiness to work on-calls 24/7.

What you’ll do

• Provide general first-hand user account management support for Atlassian and Microsoft O365 services, including e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Onboarding users by setting up their accounts and configuring their hardware and software.
• Offboarding user accounts and ensuring that all data is securely removed from company systems.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
• Maintain IT procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare hardware for new users, including laptops, workstations, monitors, mobile phones, and others.
• Implement new technologies and systems with the L2 team.
