Who we’re looking for

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechatronic, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or an equivalent education
• You have gained a minimum of three years of professional experience, ideally including experience in pre‑commissioning
• Willingness to travel is mandatory for this role
• Good communication skills make you a strong team player, and you are also able to work independently and in a self‑driven manner
• You speak and write English fluently, good German skills are welcome

What you’ll do

• You will support proposal activities by evaluating client specifications for instrumentation
• Engineering of field instruments and control valves
• You will support the preparation of P&ID diagrams, as well as handle inquiries and conduct technical follow‑up of instrument purchase orders
• Expediting and coordination of instrument vendors
• Quality control and inspections at vendor workshops
• You will handle the engineering of field cabling and hook‑up
• Definition of installation requirements for package (skid) units and the design and specification of electric heat tracing
• Review, verification, and compilation of technical documentation
• You will be in charge of pre‑commissioning activities (e.g., loop checks) on construction sites
• In the office you will be responsible for engineering of instrumentation of PSA-, TSA- and membrane units. On sites you are responsible for the precommissioning activities.
