Who we’re looking for

What you’ll do
- Be the main contact for retailers and dealers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Answer questions about products, availability, pricing, and order status
- Support technical and service related topics and resolve complex or escalated cases
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and after sales support
- Monitor stock, backorders and deliveries and communicate updates
- Collaborate closely with other departments, e.g. Sales, Logistics, Finance, Market Developers, and Rider Care
