Who we’re looking for
- A university degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or vehicle design.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., Alias, Blender, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Ability to create both conceptual designs and production-ready solutions.
- Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
- Strong visual communication skills, including sketching and rendering.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with technical constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English at a professional level (B2 or higher).
What you’ll do
- Develop innovative vehicle design concepts from initial sketches to detailed 3D models and visualizations.
- Translate technical requirements into functional and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
- Design and refine interior and exterior vehicle components with a focus on usability, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Analyze materials, manufacturing methods, and technical constraints to optimize design outcomes.
- Create high-quality visual assets, including renderings, presentations, and technical illustrations.
- Continuously improve vehicle ergonomics to enhance comfort, safety, and user experience.
- Support product development processes by providing clear design documentation and specifications.
- Contribute to the protection of company intellectual property by documenting and reporting innovations.
