Who we’re looking for
- University degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources with broad knowledge across all HR disciplines
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into effective HR initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in staffing, talent management, and employee engagement
- Change management experience with demonstrated ability to navigate leaders and employees through complex situations; personal resilience and business acumen needed
- Strategic and analytical mindset combined with a "can-do" attitude that balances people and business objectives; radical responsibility
- Deep knowledge of Czech labor law and proven ability to implement legal requirements into practical internal procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Fluency in both Czech and English
What you’ll do
- Partnering with management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance
- Driving employee engagement and well-being programs across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with all stakeholders to maximize organizational potential including onboarding, development, performance management support
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing coaching, facilitation, and guidance on complex HR matters
- Innovating HR processes and approaches to increase efficiency, simplify operations, and enhance employee experience
- Overseeing local HR administration and payroll processes, ensuring full compliance with Czech labor law and implementing legislative changes (house in order)
- Leading organizational health and safety activities and compliance
- Cooperation with external vendors providing HR services
