Who we’re looking for

• Bachelors University Degree in Human Resources or another relevant field
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources / Human Capital, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
• Knowledge of Czech labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented HC support.
• Minimum B2 English and Czech language required

What you’ll do

• Support the implementation of local Human Capital initiatives in line with global objectives and Czech market needs.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate headcount and workforce planning data in close cooperation with leadership.
• Coordinate local training, development, and performance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with Czech labor legislation, internal policies, and required HC documentation.
• Manage and improve operational Human Capital processes to support business needs and employee experience.
• Implement, maintain, and improve HC systems, policies, and tools.
• Support managers through training coordination, competency assessments, and guidance during change initiatives.
