Who we’re looking for
- Good understanding of core HR processes and basic employment law in Czechia, ideally with 1y+ of relevant work experience.
- Fluent language skills in both Czech and English are required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, templates, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Proficiency using Excel and/or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills for handling on-site queries.
What you’ll do
- Manage Employee Lifecycle: Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, job changes, and time-keeping.
- Maintain HR Records: Ensure employee data in our HRIS (Workday) is updated with precision and the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ensure Documentation Compliance: Keep personnel files and documentation fully aligned with local labor laws, GDPR, and company standards.
- Support New Hires & Payroll: Prepare complete documentation for new joiners and ensure timely delivery to the payroll vendor.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Recruiters, Payroll, and the Service Desk to ensure seamless operations and suggest process improvements.
- Handle Health & Safety Admin: Coordinate medical examination schedules and provide administrative support for workplace injuries, including communication with government agencies.
- Track Operations & Documentation: Manage agency employees and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
