Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR related field or equivalent through experience
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably in fast-paced international environment
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and support cross-team communication.
- Proven experience supporting managers in team development, driving the change and people-related decision-making.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional Eastern European languages are a plus
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner and advisor for managers and teams with a deep understanding of their workflows.
- Support key HR cycles such as performance management, hiring & onboarding, employee engagement and feedback processes.
- Support managers in developing and leading their teams: performance, development, motivation and company culture.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Contribute and support global HR programs, ensuring successful local rollout.
- Champion HR processes improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Strengthen collaboration between teams and other departments by helping improve cross-functional interactions.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between HR, managers, and teams.
- Monitor HR data, KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on employer branding to attract and retain talent.
- Taking part in implementation of new tools and technology that will provide better support to stakeholders
About the position
We are currently looking for a well-rounded HR Business Partner with a high degree of cultural sensitivity and demonstrated experience in a multicultural business environment. In this role you will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and help to translate them into operational HR service delivery plans and actions. This is a very exciting opportunity as you will be a true HR advisor for Eastern European entities when it comes to various HR projects and processes. The HR Business Partner is a key sparring partner for business leaders to develop business objectives and plans reporting directly to the HR Manager CEE based in Poland.
