HR Administrator with German and English – 12-months (fixed-term) contract , Time Services Germany, CTK TeamVerified as a real position

Who we’re looking for

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• High school or equivalent
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher level of education
• Basic verbal skills in German (A2 CEFR) and very good proficiency in English (B2 CEFR)

What you’ll do

• Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs
• Processing, checking and maintaining personal and payrun-related data in our human resources information systems
• Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams
• Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
• Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
• Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps
