Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
What you’ll do
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and time & attendance tracking
- Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation
- Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement activities
