Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a senior Retention, CRM, or Lifecycle role within iGaming
- Strong understanding of player behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus on ROI and player value
- Experience managing promotional strategies and bonus budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous optimisation
- Experience with FastTrack is a big advantage
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute retention strategies across gaming products and markets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the CRM and Gaming teams
- Own promotional strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Create and manage promotional calendars and bonus budgets
- Collaborate closely with Acquisition, VIP, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams
- Analyse player behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to inform strategy
- Optimise player journeys, segmentation, and engagement initiatives
- Manage supplier and third-party relationships related to promotions and retention tools
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
