Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience within Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Customer Service, or Travel & Expense.
• Experience with Concur or other expense management platforms.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What you’ll do

• Act as a subject matter expert for Concur and Travel & Expense processes.
• Support our transformation journey from traditional transactional processing to digital, data-driven service delivery.
• Analyze spending trends, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational excellence.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee reimbursement and payment issues.
• Contribute to process automation, system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support corporate card administration and related activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and other support teams.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through excellent customer service.
