Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience within Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Customer Service, or Travel & Expense.
- Experience with Concur or other expense management platforms.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What you’ll do
- Act as a subject matter expert for Concur and Travel & Expense processes.
- Support our transformation journey from traditional transactional processing to digital, data-driven service delivery.
- Analyze spending trends, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee reimbursement and payment issues.
- Contribute to process automation, system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support corporate card administration and related activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and other support teams.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience through excellent customer service.
