Who we’re looking for
- Knowledge of the personal income tax fundamentals is required
- Experience with handling international personal income tax topics
- General knowledge of global mobility principles and expat agenda is a big plus
- University degree
- Critical thinking and strong orientation to detail
- Ability to work independently, very good time management and prioritization skills
- Flexibility and ability to manage several tasks in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt and work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for their improvements
- Working knowledge of MS Office (intermediate Excel knowledge required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and work competently with teams in other geographic locations
- Intercultural sensitivity

- Fluent English
What you’ll do
- Manage the Personal Income Tax compliance processes for our current customers while coordinating the complex tax agenda with our internal and external partners
- Cooperate with commercial project managers, local HR partners and tax providers
- Evaluate new concepts/ process changes/ internal regulations of other departments that might have impact on Personal Income Tax compliance topics
- Deliver correct data and documents for further tax processing, ensuring that inputs are provided in line with stipulated cut-off dates and deadlines
- Manage and coordinate payments of taxes towards the tax authorities globally
- Analyze data and track global mobility tax compliance status
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of internal tools
- Work with other tax colleagues and case managers to continuously review the effectiveness of operational processes and make improvements
- Mentor case managers and support colleagues with tax topics and processes
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
