What you’ll do

• Content is our product in HR and both employees and managers are our customers. Global People & Culture Content Team gives direction and guidance to HR content owners and is taking HR content management to the next level by integrating AI.
• As the Global HR Content Team Associate, you will get hands-on experience with innovative HR technologies and be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality HR content for our global audience.
• Prepare content for internal SAP platforms in collaboration with stakeholders and in support of AI integration.
• Conduct reviews of existing content within the knowledge bases to identify and rectify content errors and inconsistencies.
• Format and transform content into a suitable structure for AI model training.
• Collaborate with the Global P&C HRdirect team to optimize and maintain knowledge base to maximize AI’s potential.
• Provide regular reports on data quality and content review progress.
• Ensure that all content is aligned with our global brand and messaging guidelines.
• Stay aware of AI models and data quality assessment methods.
