Who we’re looking for

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to take ownership and make impactful decisions
• Deep expertise in sales planning, territory management, forecasting, commercial steering, and performance management
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in evaluating sell-out data, assessing trade marketing activities, and translating consumer and market insights into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally towards relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams while fostering a positive and performance-driven culture
• Fluent Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region
• Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to continuously developing both personal capabilities and business processes
• Strong affinity for premium brands and a deep understanding of consumer-centric business models

What you’ll do

• Market Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy to secure and expand market share while strengthening long-term partnerships with retailers and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and manage cross-functional business development initiatives across all product categories
• Product Positioning & Market Development: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for existing and new products with the aim of maximizing market penetration and strengthening CYBEX's premium brand presence
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate and further develop high-performing sales and marketing teams. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric and future-oriented team culture with a strong focus on results and individual development
• Brand & Marketing Responsibility: Take overall responsibility for all marketing activities, including point-of-sale execution. Ensure a consistent premium brand presence, both online and offline, and further strengthen CYBEX's market position in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Sales Forecasting & ROI Analysis: Manage the monthly forecasting process in close coordination with the sales teams. Ensure transparency regarding planned marketing measures and their expected return on investment
• Business Development & Key Account Management: Drive strategic business development initiatives while building and further developing long-term partnerships with key retailers and business partners. Continuously monitor market developments, also outside the industry, to identify new business opportunities and networking potential
• Brand Activation & Use of Flagship Stores: Leverage company-owned stores for strategic events, networking activities and premium brand experiences
• Sales & Profit Responsibility: Own the regional P&L and take responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets. Define and implement appropriate measures to deliver sustainable business growth and continuously optimize business performance
• Trend Monitoring & Distribution Strategy: Identify relevant market trends and develop customized distribution strategies to further grow the business
