What you’ll do

• Lead the development of Base360.ai , the technology platform powering every aspect of The Flex.
• Work across product, engineering, AI, and operations to create scalable systems that automate processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate company growth.
• Be responsible not only for what gets built, but how it’s built.
• Design, build, and launch high-impact products that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Make key technical decisions that ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and maintainable as the company grows internationally.
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, development workflows, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and help create a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Develop systems that eliminate manual work and allow operations to scale efficiently across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, Google, OpenAI, and other strategic partners.
• Implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and agents that improve productivity and decision-making across the business.
• Work closely with product, operations, revenue, and leadership teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
