What you’ll do

• Leading and inspiring a lovely bunch of Mama team members 💛
• Working hand-in-hand with our fantastic Head Chef to elevate our F&B offering to the highest standards
• Overseeing it all – breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner, and bar service (restaurants, terrace, meeting rooms… the full Mama experience!)
• Training and mentoring the team on food, drinks, and service standards – because consistency is key ⭐
• Taking care of the essentials – from admin tasks to creating balanced, fair rotas that keep the team (and guests) happy
• Owning the entire F&B operation – and making the magic happen, every single day ✨
