Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in large global transformation programmes for finance, or operations roles with in-depth knowledge of all accounting processes and how they are translated into ERP systems
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) in multiple jurisdictions
- In depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing Oracle’s NetSuite OneWorld solution or other big ERP solution for complex brown-field global companies – with appropriate qualifications and experiences
- Proven experience in tackling complex accounting scenarios and working with the Business community to create acceptable solutions
- Ability to work with cross-functional Business teams to optimize both discrete and end to end operations in Oracle NetSuite OneWorld implementations for maximum operational performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/ACCA
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferences
What you’ll do
- Management of day-to-day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systems
- Support to billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuite
- Data migration execution, reconciliation, and automation
- Operate a structured BAU Service Management model (intake, Jira, prioritization)
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents and data failures
- Ensure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentation
- Manage key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Audit
- Provide operational KPIs and reporting to leadership
- Integration monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Data migration planning, execution, reconciliation, and automation
- BAU backlog intake, prioritization, and release coordination
- Identification and delivery of automation opportunities across BAU processes (e.g. incident handling, reconciliations, data validations)
- Application of AI-driven capabilities to improve: - Data quality checks and anomaly detection - Integration error classification and prioritization - Trend analysis for recurring incidents and defects - Continuous optimization of BAU processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk - Definition and tracking of efficiency KPIs (automation rate, reduction in incidents, cycle time improvements) - Coordination with transformation and architecture teams to industrialize automation and AI solutions
