Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience in financial controlling and finance business partnering with the ability to conduct data analysis across multiple sources to support strategic decisions
• Confident presentation and communication skills in English, capable of translating insights into clear and impactful messages for both Finance and Business colleagues.
• An approach to challenge the status quo – you're constantly looking for ways to improve processes, meetings, and work environments, never settling for “business as usual”

What you’ll do

• Support monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
• Support FBP’s in providing financial insights and analysis towards the three sub teams
• Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis on cost, productivity, and targets.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling for strategic projects and help to enhance our reporting and partnering framework to Sr. Business interested parties.
• Help find opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across operations finance activities.
• Collaborate across finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.
