Who we’re looking for

• Degree or equivalent in Technology and business related (MBA Preferred)
• 10+ years in Architect related roles
• International experience required (accountability for delivering in/to different countries)
• I&T Technologies, Solutions lifecycle, business relationship and project methodologies
• Proficiency in English, SAP, Microsoft and M365
• Experience with Credible Architecture Frameworks

• Support and reinforce the principles of EA in all stages of #digital governance
• Enterprise Architecture
• Lead and facilitates the creation of governing principles to guide solution decision making for the enterprise
• Roadmap alignment to strategy
• Solution architect interface to strategy
• Facilitates Innovation
• Orchestrate the Delivery of Business Outcomes
• Supports functional Application head at the intersection of business and #digital. Advocates governance and ensures the Enterpriser architecture can help formulate, translate and execute business strategy.
• Informs the #digital Portfolio
• Presents gap analyses and/or #digital investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing #digital estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms.
• Leads analysis of the #digital environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Leads the implementation of the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and the varying #digital strategies for project-driven or product-driven delivery teams.
• Leadership and innovation
• Oversees the adherence to #digital policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance — as well as performance management frameworks and metrics to ensure the #digital organization delivers value to the enterprise.

About the position

The Enterprise Architect proactively and holistically helps guide the enterprise through transformation and optimization initiatives. This person will scope activities helping the organization grow revenue, optimizing costs and mitigating risks.
