Who we’re looking for
- Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or work experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, scientific computing, or IT solution delivery
- Preferred Experience with statistical process control, advanced modeling, and data visualization
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
What you’ll do
- Partner with Science & Technology (S&T) stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that improve scientific, manufacturing, or quality processes
- Own and manage a portfolio of analytics and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous value delivery
- Lead IT delivery of analytics use cases, including statistical process control (e.g., control charting), advanced modeling, data visualization, and insights generation
- Translate business and scientific requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern data and analytics tools
- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and analytical models ensuring data integrity, performance, and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, quality, manufacturing IT) to integrate solutions into the broader ecosystem
- Drive agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative value delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards relevant to manufacturing and quality environments
- Measure and communicate business impact of delivered solutions, including improvements in efficiency, quality, or decision-making
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and analytics approaches to enhance S&T capabilities
