Who we’re looking for
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital media management.
- Experience leading and managing paid search advertising, social media - preferable LinkedIn, display advertising campaigns and good understanding of SEO and email marketing.
- Experience of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and empower.
- Solid experience of setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Knowledge about all the relevant abbreviations: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, MQL, SQL etc.
- Experience in B2B is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent in English – both verbally and in writing
What you’ll do
- Plan and setup of global digital marketing campaigns on key digital media channels
- Define Key Performance Indicators, measure and report.
- Optimize, execute, test new approaches, conversion tests, A/B split-tests etc.
- Identify campaign trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages and optimize user experience
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
