What you’ll do
- Partner with the International Director Act as a trusted deputy and close collaborator to the International Director. Support decision-making, coordinate strategic initiatives, and represent the department when needed.
- Support Team Leadership Help lead and develop a team of international specialists in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Foster collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to a positive and motivating working environment.
- Coordinate Operations Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities, support process improvements, and help maintain a high level of service for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to Strategic Projects Participate in shaping and implementing initiatives that support the department’s development, growth, and long-term objectives.
- Support Financial and Business Planning Contribute to budgeting, reporting, resource planning, and monitoring key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
- Build Relationships and Support Growth Strengthen relationships with international partners and colleagues, identify opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to business development activities across the multinational network.
- Enhance Support for International Clients Help develop solutions and initiatives that further strengthen support for Czech and Slovak clients expanding and operating abroad.
