What you’ll do
- Become a subject matter expert in system capabilities and product functionality
- Provide technical and expert support during product demonstrations and customer visits
- Support the Integration team with product knowledge, testing, validation, and system integration
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
- Collect user feedback and communicate it to development teams
- Continuously improve demo quality and overall customer experience
- Coordinate transportation, loading, and unloading of all demo and marketing equipment
- Manage inventory, storage, and tracking of marketing and demo assets
- Ensure all equipment is properly returned, functional, and ready after each event
- Maintain and organize the marketing warehouse (Backsite of Innovation Hub)
- Manage and maintain the Marketing VAN
- Oversee the Innovation Hub space, ensuring readiness for customer visits and internal use
- Coordinate and balance activities between Marketing and Technology teams
- Support demo activities and internal testing within the Innovation Hub
About the position
We are looking for a Product Specialist in a support-focused role who will work closely with the lead demo specialist and provide technical, operational, and logistical support for product demonstrations and customer activities. The position is ideal for a candidate with a military or security background either from professional experience or university who understands the military environment, weapons, and tactical procedures, but at the same time, the candidate should have a strong affinity for technology and be capable of operating and demonstrating simulation systems and related training technologies.. The role focuses more on hands-on support, equipment management, system knowledge, and coordination. Bagira Systems is a Czech-Israeli company and a global leader in training and simulation systems.
