Who we’re looking for

• Experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
• Proven 3PL management experience
• Strong project management background, ideally involving warehouse implementations, transitions, or logistics transformations
• Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement and operational production experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• SAP/WMS exposure
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics is an advantage

What you’ll do

• Leading the end-to-end integration of our new Prague Distribution Centre
• Managing relationships and performance of our 3PL logistics provider
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
• Coordinating with Quality, Planning, Customer Service, IT, Production, and Logistics teams
• Ensuring operational readiness, inventory accuracy, compliance, and service excellence
• Acting as a key stakeholder across a highly matrixed international organization
