• English Comprehension: Strong ability to confidently navigate and select from taxonomy options written in Americanized English.
• Cultural Expertise: Familiarity with Czech restaurant menus and local cuisine terminology.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a web browser for structured tasks.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to providing consistent, accurate, and high-quality work.
• Prompt Availability: Able to complete the assignment within 1–2 business days after receiving access.

What you’ll do

• Read & Review: Analyze each menu item's name, category, and description written in Czech.
• Confirm Context: Check the item photo, if available, to verify the food type.
• Classify (Dish Label): Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown using keywords like "pasta" or "grilled chicken".
• Categorize (Course Label): Select the appropriate Course Label in English, such as Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, or Beverage.
• Add Contextual Notes: Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or unusual to ensure no row is left blank.

In this freelance role, you will review restaurant menu items written in Czech and classify them using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English.
