What you’ll do
- Read & Review: Analyze each menu item's name, category, and description written in Czech.
- Confirm Context: Check the item photo, if available, to verify the food type.
- Classify (Dish Label): Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown using keywords like "pasta" or "grilled chicken".
- Categorize (Course Label): Select the appropriate Course Label in English, such as Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, or Beverage.
- Add Contextual Notes: Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or unusual to ensure no row is left blank.

Are you a native Czech speaker with a deep understanding of local food and solid English comprehension? Welo Data is seeking contributors for a global food delivery project. In this freelance role, you will review restaurant menu items written in Czech and classify them using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English.
