Who we’re looking for
- Excellent command of both English and Czech .
- Experience with CFD trading, including MT4/5, TradingView, or similar tools.
- A strong understanding of how proprietary trading firms operate.
- Previous experience in customer support is required.
- A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, particularly in time management.
What you’ll do
- You will play a key role in our team, working full-time to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services.
- Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering queries, including phone calls). No cold calls involved.
- Working with internal applications.
