Who we’re looking for
- Communicative person who likes to learn new things.
- German language: Advanced in reading, writing, and speaking
- English language: basic in reading, writing and speaking
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

What you’ll do
- Dealing with customer requests
- Direct answers or forwarding request to the responsible persons.
- Managing requests and its lifecycle in internal system.
- Communication with customers via phone, email and contact form.
- Communication with internal partners.

The Customer support specialist position covers the functional responsibility for the receive and split requests from multiple channels. Do you have experience with customer care/call center, contract support or related processes? Do you like to communicate with internal and external partners in German?
