Customer Success Manager - EMEA

Who we’re looking for

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
• Experience using CRM and customer success tools
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset

What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of active customers post-sale
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding and ongoing support
• Ensure customers achieve value from products or services
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement
• Identify risks, address issues, and drive retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
• Identify expansion, renewal, and upsell opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM
• Meet or exceed retention and customer satisfaction targets

About the position

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value after the sale. You will work closely with customers to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success while acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is suited for professionals who are customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while owning retention and engagement outcomes.
