Who we’re looking for
- Native or business fluent in French
- Fluent in English
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
What you’ll do
- Together with team members you will be supporting French market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in ERP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.
