Who we’re looking for

• Native-level (or C2) German and fluent English are required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

What you’ll do

• As a member of the European team, you will primarily support the German, Dutch, English, and Irish markets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
• Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
• You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
• A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
• You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.
