Who we’re looking for
- 4–6+ years of experience in CRM / marketing automation / loyalty
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesmanago, Synerise, Emarsys or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
- Solid understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing
- Experience in e-commerce or travel is a strong plus
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent English
What you’ll do
- Define and execute CRM and loyalty strategy
- Manage the customer lifecycle (lifecycle marketing) and optimize user journeys
- Design, develop, and optimize reporting frameworks
- Managing CRM projects
- Segment customer base and implement advanced personalization strategies
- Plan and execute campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Analyze performance of CRM activities (customer base KPIs)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and tech teams
- Build and manage a structured testing roadmap
- Lead and develop the CRM team (planning, hiring, capability building)
- Implement marketing automation tools and drive CRM technology development
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR)
