Who we’re looking for
- University/High School Degree
- Min. 5 years of Experience in Controlling & Finance
- Experienced in Financial Reporting and Analysis Preparation
- Good Knowledge of Accounting US GAAP & CAS
- Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel – advanced level)
- Fluent English (+ Czech)
- Preferred: ERP system knowledge (Oracle appreciated)
- Analytical & Endurance for Problem Solving
- Independent but a Teamplayer, Reliable and not Worried Being Responsible
What you’ll do
- Month Close in US GAAP – Calculations & Postings & Reconciliations
- Reporting of Monthly US GAAP Results, KPIs, Variance Analysis
- Actual vs Budget Profitability & Margin & Cost & Inventory Analysis
- Providing Support to Finance Manager & Plant Management
- Drive Efficiency Accross the Departments & Revise Current Processes
- Budget & Forecast Preparation
- Ensure compliance with Donaldson procedures and practices.
