Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in medical imaging, medical sciences, life sciences, or a related field
- Domain expertise in oncology and/or radiology/nuclear medicine highly preferred
- This role will be scoped as Lead or Specialist based on experience. Candidates with 4+ years of directly relevant experience will be considered at the Lead level; candidates with fewer years but strong domain expertise or an exceptional relevant background will be considered at the Specialist level
- Strong scientific writing and data presentation skills, including experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications
- Experience building relationships with key external experts, clinicians, and clinical research communities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge clinical, product, and commercial audiences
What you’ll do
- Scientific Communications & Evidence Production Prepare scientific summaries, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and conference materials Coordinate publication planning and execution in partnership with the Medical Director, Associate Director, and external collaborators Review all external-facing materials for clinical and scientific accuracy Support integrated evidence generation pipelines (regulatory, reimbursement, and other downstream applications) and documentation with clinical content, summaries, and scientific context
- Clinical Enablement & User Adoption Develop and deliver educational programs, training materials, and onboarding resources for clinical users of Nucs AI products Design and support clinical pilot programs, including engagement frameworks, training materials, and structured metric capture for workflow integration Serve as the day-to-day clinical and scientific point of contact for users; capture structured feedback to inform product and medical priorities Evaluate clinical workflows and surface opportunities to strengthen product-market fit Build internal learning programs and provide ongoing clinical support to deepen clinical fluency across cross-functional teams
- Annotation Team Management & Data Pipeline Manage and coordinate the medical annotation team — clinicians and imaging specialists responsible for ground-truth labeling and expert annotation of medical imaging data Define annotation protocols, quality standards, and review workflows in collaboration with the Medical Director and ML team Oversee annotator onboarding, training, calibration, and performance monitoring to ensure consistency and accuracy Support end-to-end ownership of the data pipeline — from vendor coordination and clinical requirements through QC, distribution, and internal tooling Liaise between the annotation team, medical team, and engineering/ML teams to ensure data outputs meet training, validation, and study requirements
- Clinical Operations & Investigations Build and maintain relationships with key external experts, academic partners, and clinical collaborators Lead operational coordination of clinical investigations and evidence programs in partnership with academic and clinical sites Coordinate internal reader validation studies, including reader recruitment, read-out logistics, and performance data capture, to verify product performance and feed findings into product and medical teams Organize and support advisory board meetings, clinical workshops, and scientific symposia Manage conference logistics and produce structured intelligence reports from scientific meetings Drive cross-functional alignment, milestone tracking, and operational delivery across medical team programs
- Medical Intelligence & Knowledge Management Drive medical intelligence activities, including literature surveillance, conference synthesis, and clinical trial monitoring Conduct evidence synthesis, competitive intelligence, and clinical landscape analysis to inform medical and product strategy Build and maintain medical knowledge hubs, repositories, and reference resources to make scientific content discoverable across the team Translate clinical insights from key external expert engagement, conferences, partnerships, and user interactions into actionable briefs for the medical team and broader organization
