What you’ll do
- Identify, prioritize and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant
- Drive and implement CI improvement plans aligned with business priorities
- Lead and manage transformation projects focused on waste reduction, productivity and cost optimization
- Establish performance tracking and ensure regular project reviews and reporting
- Support and actively contribute to Performance Board meetings at plant and departmental level
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and “lean thinking” across the organization
- Standardize processes, share best practices and ensure consistent implementation across functions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Production, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to drive improvements
- Identify improvement potential and ensure execution through strong follow-up and accountability
- Support capability building and CI mindset development within the site
About the position
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda and transformation initiatives at the Prostějov site. This role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, leading high-impact projects and embedding a strong culture of lean thinking and operational excellence across the organization. The position acts as a change agent and key partner to the Plant Management team, ensuring measurable improvements in performance, efficiency and cost.
