What you’ll do
- Open doors across European public sector accounts using an existing network of government and regulatory relationships
- Multi-thread target agencies by building senior relationships across teams, so TRM's presence survives any single contact leaving
- Identify and pursue large, high-value partnership opportunities with public sector agencies
- Represent TRM at conferences and public-sector forums as a visible voice for the company, building TRM's thought-leadership presence in the region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with TRM teams to ensure successful conversion to customer
- Turn market, technology, and regulatory shifts into an early-warning system for TRM, spotting opportunities and risks before competitors do
- Feed what you learn from practitioners and regulators back into TRM's product feedback loop

This is a business development role built around opening doors, not a traditional closing quota. It does carry variable compensation tied to the deals that result from the doors you open. Your network into government, regulators, and public-sector practitioners gets TRM into rooms it wouldn't otherwise reach. You're customer-facing, comfortable on a conference stage, and wired to bring what you hear in the field back to the team: not just close relationships, but generate real opportunities from them.
