Automotive Infotainment Series Project Manager - OIVerified as a real position

Who we’re looking for

• 8+ years in automotive project management, with series or maintenance-phase experience.
• Familiarity with engineering change, release and configuration management processes.
• Fluency with defect tracking and release management systems.
• English at B2 or above.
• Tools and systems: OEM engineering-change, configuration and release-management systems accessed through the customer portal; defect tracking (JIRA); MS Office.
• Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

What you’ll do

• Manage software lifecycle activities, comments, changes and corrective actions for series infotainment systems.
• Create change requests and support them through to C-sample, and prepare engineering change orders and supporting documents.
• Support release management and coordinate software updates and deliveries with vehicle project release.
• Prepare documents for gate reviews and management committees, and participate in project reviews.
• Plan testing required for release of new HW versions and coordinate release steps (module release, start of production).
• Coordinate maintenance between Tier-1 and internal software teams.

About the position

Manage infotainment projects in series production and the maintenance phase, coordinating software lifecycle activities, change requests through to C-sample, and release readiness in connection with vehicle projects.
