Who we’re looking for
- Min. 3 years of experience in data management, BI, or Sales tools
- Strong data and systems affinity
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, CRM systems
- Experience with prompting for AI agents
- Knowledge in data mining and tools beneficial
- Ability to adapt tools to process requirements
- Fluent English
What you’ll do
- Maintain and optimize data quality in CRM, SAP, and other Sales tools
- Execute data cleansing and data maintenance tasks
- Support enhancements of CRM and other Sales systems
- Collaborate closely with IT, Sales Excellence Project team, Key Account Management and Reporting
- Train hub team members in tool usage
- Develop smaller automations (Power Automate, macros, automated reports) and AI agents
