Who we’re looking for

• Experience in site coordination or site management
• Knowledge of electrical installation and commissioning
• Ability to manage defined project scope execution
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High focus on safety and quality

What you’ll do

• lead all on-site activities of an assigned small to mid-size site or sub-project to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements
• lead the site team allocated to the project, follow main guidelines, and allocate tasks
• ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities on site
• Lead site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure delivery in line with schedule, cost, quality, and HSE
• Monitor progress and resource utilization
• Ensure safe execution , including stopping unsafe work
• Manage site logistics, materials, and documentation
• Support customer coordination
