Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in office market.
- Proven track record of successful transaction execution and business development.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (client-facing experience essential).
- Fluent in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Knowledge of the Czech office property market is a strong asset.
What you’ll do
- As an Associate Director in the Office Agency (OA) Leasing team, you will be responsible for leading and executing leasing transactions across the office real estate sector.
- You will manage end-to-end client relationships, originate new business opportunities, negotiate lease agreements, and support the strategic growth of the department.
- You will also play an essential role within the team, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.
- Lead leasing assignments from initial client engagement through to transaction close.
- Identify and engage prospective tenants and landlords for office premises.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and site inspections.
- Coordinate collection and analysis of property offers from landlords.
- Prepare market comparisons, proposals, and transaction reports.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, space planning, and deal structuring.
- Negotiate lease terms to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new leasing mandates and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Capital Markets, Design & Build, Project Management) to cross-sell services and generate referrals.
- Support the Head of Department in driving team strategy and business growth.
- Share market knowledge and best practices to support team development.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Monitor trends, vacancy levels, pricing, and competitor activity in the OA market in the Czech Republic.
- Conduct research on technical, legal, and zoning aspects relevant to industrial leasing.
- Prepare and update property particulars and listings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Represent the company in client-facing presentations and negotiations.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and thought leadership via articles, media commentary, or social media (in coordination with PR/Marketing teams).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deal pipelines, referrals, and KPIs.
- Contribute to the preparation of business reports and departmental updates.
