Who we’re looking for

• Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Czech, solid basic English (spoken and written), with fluency in German (spoken and written) being in advantage.
• Proven professional experience in logistics, ideally gained within automotive sector service providers.
• Familiarity with CKD processes.
• Passion for efficient, high-stakes operations.

What you’ll do

• Master rough and detailed planning of container requisitions, plus precise control of containers and trailers.
• Efficiently receive and process all ordered containers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and documentation of load securing measures on containers.
• Prepare outgoing goods documents, customs declarations, affix seals to containers/trucks.
• Perform vehicle inspections per DGR safety regulations using standardized checklists.
• Accurately book goods issues in IT systems, ensuring full legal compliance.
• Coordinate delivery dates seamlessly with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Report discrepancies, damages promptly to shipping partners and customers.
• Maintain daily proactive communication with customers.
• Prepare comprehensive load securing documentation while upholding customs, dangerous goods, and securing regulations; escalate process disruptions to supervisors.
