Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Czech and English.
- Strong understanding of the Czech healthcare market and procurement processes.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer profiles.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Czech Republic.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, purchasing departments, and hospital administration.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote BD's product portfolio and solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for designated accounts and product lines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, clinical, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience and product implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales pipeline information in the CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and sales meetings as required.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and account status to management.
