Co budeš dělat
- Development and maintenance of React-based components following modern design system principles, ensuring components are accessible, performant, and thoroughly documented.
- Collaboration with designers to translate design tokens, specifications, and interaction patterns into reusable, production-ready components that maintain design fidelity.
- Creation and improvement of developer documentation, code examples, and usage guidelines that enable engineering teams to efficiently adopt design system components.
- Implementation of comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, visual regression tests, and accessibility audits to ensure component quality and reliability.
- Participation in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high standards of code quality across the component library.
- Adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design principles, ensuring all components meet accessibility requirements and work across assistive technologies.
- Contribution to build pipelines, release processes, and tooling improvements that support a scalable, versioned component library.
- Active engagement with consuming teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve component APIs and documentation.
Koho hledáme
- familiarity with monorepo structures and tooling (Nx, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces)
- Experience with Figma and understanding designer workflows
