- post-training activities such as course feedback collection, possible corrective actions on course materials and equipment, etc.

- Experience in training, coaching, or knowledge transfer roles
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions (both instructor-led and e-learning)
- Strong facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning content
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to present clearly to different seniority levels (from technicians to managers)
- Strong organizational and structuring skills for training materials
- Capable of handling Q&A sessions and difficult questions confidently
- Self-motivated learner - continuous improvement of own skills and knowledge
- Ability to stay updated with new tools, processes, and industry best practices
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms (e.g., MyLearning)
- Comfortable with feedback and coaching others
- Ability to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge
- Creative approach to solving training challenges
- Flexible to adjust training methods based on feedback and results
- Experience developing documentation and training materials
- AI fundamentals & concepts
- Hands-on ChatBot exploration
