- organize training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and/or technologies in accordance with contract(s) and budget
- manage training delivery using correct products and materials
- assist in identifying / determining appropriate training courses for customers
- Assist with training logistics
- Support participants during sessions
- Help gather feedback & attendance
- Assist with material preparation
- Learn from experienced trainers
- Experiment with AI tools
- Document learnings
- Provide basic tech support
- Build foundational knowledge

- Ability to support training delivery under supervision of senior trainers
- Willingness to learn instructional design and training methodologies
- Basic presentation skills with potential to develop
- Comfortable working with groups and one-on-one coaching
- Quick learner - ability to grasp new tools and systems rapidly

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clear and organized presentation of information

- Comfortable creating simple training materials and documentation
