Koho hledáme

• Communicative level of English and Czech, enabling daily communication and negotiations with suppliers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is considered an advantage
• Process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong execution skills
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
• Previous experience in strategic purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment is an advantage

Co budeš dělat

• Preparing and leading sourcing and tender processes, including all required documentation
• Identifying, selecting, and developing new suppliers
• Managing and developing relationships with existing suppliers, including supplier evaluation and support for ongoing collaboration
• Negotiating commercial terms with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery reliability
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize material costs and improve supply chain efficiency
• Supporting supplier audits
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving projects and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Reporting and close cooperation with other departments
• Working with the SAP ERP system
