- Proven ability to define and lead strategic initiatives, service portfolios, or practices in a professional services or large organisational environment.
- Strong track record of engaging with senior executives, boards, and regulators on complex, high‑stakes topics related to AI, data, and digital transformation.
- Commercial acumen and experience in business development, including shaping client demand, building long‑term relationships, and growing revenue.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and credibly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Professional fluency in English and Czech.

- Lead large, complex, and high‑impact client engagements.
- Drive innovation by identifying trends, developments, and technological shifts, and translating them into new propositions and thought leadership.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing team of Data and AI governance professionals, fostering expertise, thought leadership, and career development.
- Represent PwC externally through thought leadership, executive workshops, industry forums, and selected public engagements related to responsible and trustworthy AI.
