- 2 + years of experience in a similar position
- Experience and knowledge in IT (the security industry is a big advantage)
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Hunter and sales-driven personality
- Friendly and open character
- Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken (additional eastern european languages are a plus, but not a requirement)

- You handle incoming sales calls for your Eastern European region with confidence and manage the Salesforce lead queue with precision.
- Your sharp intuition helps you qualify leads into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
- You are passionate about discovering new business opportunities, proactively activating partners, and fueling our sales pipeline with premium contacts to reach the next level together.
- You don't just scan the Salesforce lead queue – you evaluate it with an eye for genuine potential (quality over quantity).
- You lead professional inbound and outbound conversations to reactivate inactive partners or end customers and tap into unused market segments.
- You leverage modern tools such as webinar platforms, and AI-driven applications to efficiently generate and convert leads.
- You work together with Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to constantly optimize the quality of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Occasionally, you accompany the sales team to trade fairs or key partner meetings to experience the market firsthand.
- You maintain data with precision, act as an internal Super-User for the Middle Europe team and actively share best practices within the EMEA SDR network.
- You regularly participate in (technical) trainings at the Axis Communications Academy to keep your expertise up to date.
- You embody the Axis corporate culture and consistently apply the Axis Sales Methodology (ASM) to ensure the success of your appointments and calls.
