Proven experience in electro-mechanical system design and development
Understanding of complex mechanical systems including power circuits, LV/MV Switchgears based on IEC standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Good command of English language (both written and spoken)
Interest to develop and profile yourself as project manager
Good orientation in IEC standards

Co budeš dělat

Develop or create products, systems, services or technologies for ABB´s Business Units by leading and managing the execution of one or more R&D projects to meet projects targets.
Coordinate work of local and cross-functional project team/s.
Lead in partnership with local business managers, steering group, product management and external parties and ensure value creation.
Focusing on organizing and coordinating of a project
Leading the projects, allocating project tasks, motivating, and monitoring resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
Following up the project from its beginning to the delivery
Break down of project requirements for implementation
Managing a project changes and claims according to defined processes
Tracking project cost and financials and report deviations
Taking care about prototyping - including planning
Identifying risks
Creating reports
Communication across the project team
Being part of international company and team
Manages relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, other R&D teams in Technology Center and/or Corporate Research Centers and external relevant parties (e.g. customers, academia).
