Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management within software or IT environments.
Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, and budget control.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
Experience in risk tracking, issue management, and delivery oversight.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong English communication skills.

Co budeš dělat

Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of scope within agreed constraints.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Technical Leads.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and status updates.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and delivery standards are met.
